 Our Philosophy

Specializing in whole body wellness, we utilize an integrative approach to health and healing.  As a solstice for your body, mind and spirit, we offer therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage, and craniosacral therapy. Acupuncture for acute and chronic pain management, as well as nonspecific and undiagnosed ailments.

Our Apothecary features handpoured soy candles in recycled containers and organic bath & body products, as well as herbs & homeopathic supplements that we use & believe in.

We offer unique Five Element inspired spa packages, each one the perfect combination of therapies: massage, acupuncture, reiki energy work, and aromatherapy.  We also offer therapeutic packages for pregnancy and migraine headaches or help us design a package just for you or someone you love.
