Cold and Flu Massage Oil
3 drops each of the following essential oils: chamomile, peppermint, rosemary, juniper, and eucalyptus
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Massage your clean feet for about 15 minutes, pop on a pair of fuzzy socks, and jump in bed. When you wake up, you will have softened and sweet smelling feet. A note: pour this mixture into any bath water to help open up closed sinuses and moisturize skin.
