1/2 Cup of Powdered Whole or Nonfat Milk
1 Tablespoon of Jojoba Oil
10 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
Pour the powdered milk and jojoba oil directly into the running bath water. Add lavender oil immediately before stepping into tub. Swish the water with your hands to completely mix. Submerge your entire body into moisturizing water for 20 to 30 minutes and relax.
