Ninety Minute Session - $95

In the theory of Classical Acupuncture, everyone's health is a dynamic balance of the five elements- Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood- with one of these elements typically being predominant.  It is the element most likely to be out of balance, while in balance, it is the source of one's strength.

Include a 5-element acupuncture session to diagnose and treat your predominant element.

From the Wood Element we experience the energy of creating and, like the Spring season, we are encouraged to give birth to new ideas or possibilities and find the attributes that permit growth.

A deep tissue massage with the warm aromatics of peppermint oil will loosen tight muscles and tendons.  Let your mind relax to the sounds of South American flutes while you enjoy a soothing foot reflexology treatment.  Complete your session with a cup of organic peppermint tea.

Ninety Minute Session - $95

Whether your muscles are tense from stress or trauma, give your mind & body further relief by adding a Balance Method Acupuncture treatment.

Adds One Hour - $155

Fire teaches us compassion, passion, love and warmth and the value of relationships, helping us discover that we, too, have the potential to become a source of light both within and without.

This treatment is meant to uplift the spirit,  clear your mind, and detox the body. A hot stone massage with warming aromatherapy oils of  rosemary, eucalyptus, ylang ylang and ginger is followed by Chakra Balancing and finally a cup of hot Ginger tea.

In Chinese Medicine, the Heart is the organ related to the Fire Element.  Your Heart is the Supreme Ruler of your world, a sometimes taxing responsibility.   Give your Heart the support it needs with acupuncture using Gold needles.

The Earth supports us in nurturing others as well as ourselves, preparing for the “harvest” of ideas and emotions – a stabilizing energy that reminds us to connect with the ground beneath our feet.

Let the Eastern sounds of the sitar guide your mind and breath.  Hot stones are placed on the body while warm Moor Mud is brushed onto the back and covered with warm towels then and gently cleansed off. A Swedish massage follows with grounding essential oils of Cedarwood, Pine, Geranium, and Juniper to  relax center, and nurture the body.  Rejuvenate with a cup of organic Lemon Balm tea.

Ninety Minute Session - $100

The Taoist philosophers observed the world around them, seeing the changes in the seasons- spring to summer, then harvest, then autumn, winter and again spring.  They defined health as one's body, mind, emotions, and spirit being in harmony with the world.  Ensure your harmony with the Earth with a Seasonal Acupuncture treatment.

The Metal Element points to the ethereal that gives us inspiration.  It  helps us receive all that is pure and beautiful and release that which no longer serves us.

When toxic energy is allowed to fester in the body, it becomes the fuel for chronic disease. This treatment is to detoxify and cleanse the body.  Lymphatic Drainage massage is used to flush the lymph system.  Followed with a Detoxifying Acupuncture Session to further lighten the stresses on your body, mind and spirit, and a cup of Peach de-tox tea.

Two Hours - $130

From the Water Element we learn to flow with the changes in our lives.  Water fills our reservoirs & gives us the will-power to fulfill our dreams.

Hot Green tea is served while enjoying a warm foot bath filled with crushed ginger root and bolivian pink salt. Swedish massage,  and Reiki combine to ease deep fatique and exhaustion to allow movement and flow and to rejuvenate the body.

Ninety Minute Session - $90 

For mommies-to-be, the Gaia package respects the power of the pregnant woman, as well as the child she carries. 

Begin with an acupuncture session to soothe the pregnant body- sometimes suffering from heartburn, insomnia, swelling, etc.  It will also help fortify the mother-child connection to ensure the easiest delivery possible.  Follow with a pregnancy massage with essential oils of Lavendar and Mandarin to relieve sore joints and muscles & thank them for all their hard work! 

Finish your session by sipping a cup of herbal tea blended especially for expectant mothers.
